FAQs

WHY SHOULD I HIRE a DESIGN PROFESSIONAL?

We all know someone who "designs" as a hobby – your nephew, a friend, a co-worker.

This also explains why there are so many poorly designed logos, flyer,

websites – or “all lookalike” – commercial template type of design.

Let’s say you hire your nephew or an employee’s relative who “designs in her spare time”.

The Result: Your design does not have a professional look so the first impression could be negative.

Your design might be hard for people to read, the images blurry, or it could be just…plain boring,

causing people to lose interest without contacting you.

From their first impression, potential clients or guests do not take your business or

event seriously. You have 4 seconds to grab your visitor’s attention.

You miss with a poor design, your potential client or guest is gone!

We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our design schedule is however, a rush fee will be added. Contact us to find out.

REVISIONS POLICY ( Web Design Projects)

  • You are allowed 1 MAJOR revision and 2 MINOR rounds of revisions

  • Each additional MAJOR revision after 1 will incur a $125 revision fee

  • Each additional MINOR round of revisions after 2 will incur a $65 revision fee

What is a MAJOR Revision vs. MINOR round of Revisions?

  • Major Revision – A revision that changes the font, layout or images completely

  • Minor Revision – Small revision that requires changes to the text or colors but NOT a completely different design

Unlimited changes are not offered as they are not time or cost effective and ultimately cause more confusion than clarity. The design is then finalized and delivered in the necessary file formats depending if this is a print project (high resolution files) or formats for the web. Final payment and or balance due is required at this time in order for the project to be delivered.
